From my 7 year old son : give them 5 stars. Food is bomb (he had the kids cheeseburger meal) and so is the waitress. FIVE STARS MOM Food was great. It was fresh and the service was good. The lady at the front was so so nice ! I didn't get her name but if management is reading - the date was 3/2 at about 3pm. She was on the register. Anyways - she was great. I didn't go in the bathroom but the place seemed really clean and the lady was working hard to keep it picked up.
This place has a very nice atmosphere, great variety of drinks and cocktails (VERY affordable) and awesome meat dishes (again, very affordable considering plate size). I'm recommending this place for smoked briskets, ribs and salmon!
We had a great experience at this Smashburger location! The staff were very friendly and attentive, and took the time to explain their menu and help us with our order. They had a BOGO special when you visit their store, which was a nice surprise. The burger was fresh and delicious, and the tater tots were great as well. There's plenty of seating including booths and counter space to enjoy your meal. The staff here checked in on us to make sure everything was fine, and otherwise spent their time keeping the restaurant clean and organized.

Medo provided excellent customer service. He supplied light conversation while I waited and checked in on me as well. There was another person that checked on me that I'm assuming was the manager that also checked on me too. The food was nice and fresh. The Oreo shake was absolutely delicious. Speedy service and delicious food. I do like the remodel.
So I'll preface with I came here once before and when I say my whole order got messed I truly mean every single item got messed up almost as if I got someone else's meal. So the manager offered me two free meals the next time I came in. They just put two comps on my rewards that never expired. And lemme also add I. The attitudes this day were awesome they were still friendly it just got messed up. Fast forward almost 2 years later I finally decided to use my comp... lol I come in the lady at the register rings me up is very friendly. She orders my food for me rings me up but when it rings up it only takes one comp off. So she called the manager over he stated well you can only use one comp at a time. I explained what happened previously and he says you know what it's ok we will take care of it. He didn't really have to do that but I was still very appreciative. Because it didn't even take the entree comp off it took the side off. Which I thought was weird. Anyways long story short to this day I still appreciate how the staff handles the situations. Food came out and was delish. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and I absolutely love the truffle sauce on it. Also ordered the smash tots which I wish had more garlic than rosemary but still very good. Next time I'll try the bbq bacon burger cuz I got a side of their bbq sauce and it is sooooooo fire!!! A huge shout out to ammi he was the line cook today and lemme just say he did a great job. A huge hats off to this crew. Handled odd situations well and food came out the way it should have the first time.
